The Challenges of our lives ebb and flow, which brings us to seeking therapy and support. My approach in practice is using a compassionate and supportive environment for folks to build the trust for a successful therapeutic experience that enriches lives.

I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief and loss, life transitions, and family/relationship issues. I graduated from Fordham University in 2017 with an MSW and have worked in a variety of clinical settings, including inpatient and outpatient mental health facilities.

There are ways that life “doesn’t make sense” or at least challenges the ways we think or feel. This is harder if there is no one who carefully helps us navigate what changes to try and give insights and feedback along the way. I am an LCPC-licensed therapist, and I may be that person for you.

A counselor can be that person who is non-judgmental, an objective listener, and is there to help support and guide you to the goals you're hoping to achieve. I work with adolescents, families, and young adults. My purpose is to be a safe, compassionate, responsible, and supportive individual for you.
