I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 25 years of experience supporting people through life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and personal growth. My approach integrates evidence-based therapy with mindfulness, mind-body practices, and creating a safe, compassionate space where you can reconnect with yourself and create meaningful change.
