I am a therapist working in the area of mental health and chemical dependency treatment. I have extensive experience working with a wide variety of clinical issues and individuals.

I actively approach therapy. I tend to give guidance, suggest techniques to make the way to success smoother, and offer “homework” to practice those techniques between sessions. After all, change is most helpful when it happens both in and out of the therapy room. (Don’t worry; this “homework” doesn’t lead to grades or tests!)

I help clients address depression, anxiety, phobias, trauma, and PTSD using Accelerated Resolution Therapy and EMDR. I believe in being open-minded and non-judgmental when you share your personal story. Our relationship with ourselves and others has worth and is useful to explore in therapy.

I have also worked with individuals who have TBI’s, are on the ASD spectrum, youth, adults and families at the city, county and state levels addressing a variety of different issues.
