I work with adolescents and adults, and I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

I specialize in the treatment of trauma. I also find gratitude for helping others navigate depression, anxiety, PTSD, communication, relationship issues, and family issues. I am EMDR trained.
