I am Charlie Rose. I am a licensed professional counselor from Michigan, but I am also licensed in Arizona. I treat depression, anxiety, as well as traumatic brain injuries. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Fort Wayne, IN, and I enjoy working with clients statewide via telehealth.
