I’m Dr. Tonya Y. Griffith, DSW, LMSW, a Clinical Trauma Therapist and founder of Limitless Possibilities Counseling Services. I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, or feel stuck in cycles. My work includes first responders and the military. I actively approach therapy. I tend to give guidance, suggest techniques to make the way to success smoother, and offer “homework” to practice those techniques between sessions.
