I graduated with a Master's in Professional Counseling in 2017 from CMU. I have 3+ years working in Telehealth crisis intervention, answering crisis calls. I have also worked with individuals who have TBI’s, are on the ASD spectrum, youth, adults, and families at the city, county and state levels addressing a variety of different issues.

I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist and a Certified Alcohol/Drug Counselor with 14 years of experience. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with pattern recognition and practical strategy. I actively approach therapy. I tend to give guidance, suggest techniques to make the way to success smoother, and offer “homework” to practice those techniques between sessions. After all, change is most helpful when it happens both in and out of the therapy room. (Don’t worry; this “homework” doesn’t lead to grades or tests!)
