For me, therapy is helping individuals realize that they are the experts in their lives and how to live authentically. When I am not practicing therapy, I am practicing yoga, in a salt spa, reading for pleasure, writing poems, walking to get coffee or tea, attending concerts, or cooking dinner with family and friends.

I have a background in clinical mental health counseling with additional training as a trauma professional and sex therapist.
