I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Minnesota and am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), a credential granted by the Minnesota Board of Social Work. I came to the U.S. as a political refugee. These experiences have contributed to my practice.

I support adults managing trauma, anxiety, and long-term stress, including those impacted by the justice system. My style is grounded, direct, and collaborative, so you can heal at a pace that feels safe for you.
