I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions, with a strong focus on neurodivergence and culturally responsive care. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered.

It can be awkward finding a therapist and working through very vulnerable issues and concerns. I seek to provide a safe space where we can simply talk, be curious and work through some difficult parts of life together.

I am the founder of Tidal Mental Health & Consulting. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience partnering with adolescents, families, and adults. My therapy practice is rooted in a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes safety and trust throughout the therapeutic journey.

I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Minnesota and am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), a credential granted by the Minnesota Board of Social Work. I came to the U.S. as a political refugee. These experiences have contributed to my practice.
