My name is Catherine Avery, and I specialize in ADHD. I have evaluated over 5,000 folks for ADHD and have seen many ADHD adults in therapy. I have 3 children with ADHD, and I have ADHD myself. I have a great deal of knowledge that can help ADHD adults navigate their worlds, and I do so with compassion, knowledge, and a healthy dose of humor.

I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Minnesota and am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), a credential granted by the Minnesota Board of Social Work. I came to the U.S. as a political refugee. These experiences have contributed to my practice.
