I've been in the counseling field since 2001. I initially worked as a school-based counselor and then ventured into private practice in 2013 as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri. I currently hold a Master's in both Professional and School Counseling, while being trained previously as a nurse.

As we work together, you will feel seen and supported through encouragement, validation, and understanding. You should start to feel lighter and more in control—you are no longer alone with what makes you sad, frustrated, insecure, or scared. You won't have to remind me of your past sessions.
