I serve people ages 8-108 years old through individual, family, and couples/marriage therapy. I treat anxiety, depression, thought problems, grief, trauma, high-stress work environments, and more! I offer telehealth and in-person sessions. In-person sessions have the option of having animal-assisted therapy.

You don't have to be defined by what you've been through. EMDR is a proven therapy for overcoming the distress of past trauma. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR helps your brain's natural healing process to unstick and reprocess traumatic memories.
