I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing therapy for individuals and couples in OH, TX, & HI. My work integrates relational, attachment-informed, systemic, and skills-based approaches to support lasting change. Throughout my career, I noticed concerns from men about their sexual health and the complexities of being a man in today's society. This became a specialization for me. In addition to sexual health, I work in partnership with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, impulse control, or substance abuse.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC-S).
