I practice CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and a host of other approaches, and we, together, will decide which one or ones are best for you. I am warm and engaging, and I want my clients to feel as comfortable.

Outside work, I enjoy family, friends, travel, reading, cards, and my two dogs.

Throughout my career, I noticed concerns from men about their sexual health and the complexities of being a man in today's society. This became a specialization for me. In addition to sexual health, I work in partnership with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, impulse control, or substance abuse.

I know reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and accepted without judgment—a place where you can express the feelings you've been holding in and discover new parts of yourself.

I believe the therapist-client relationship is the greatest factor in helping you feel better. I love working with adolescents and young adults, helping to sort out a complex and confusing world. I also work with adults going through a variety of life challenges.

I have completed additional training as a Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist - Prenatal. I am open to working with children ages 5+, as well as postpartum families, Christian counseling, and premarital counseling.
