I received my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH: a city that taught the magic of Autumn to my Caribbean soul. I specialize in Health Across the Lifespan and have used it in a variety of settings, including university counseling settings, nursing homes, ALFs, hospitals, primary care, and outpatient clinics.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults who need assistance with emotional, mental, and behavioral concerns. Building upon 20+ years of experience in the field of Counseling, my approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed.

I offer individual and couples psychotherapy. I specialize in anxiety and depression and have experience with grief and bereavement. I try to make myself available on weekends and evenings to accommodate clients. I am a psychotherapist at a VA clinic located in OH, which also gives me experience in trauma, bipolar and other mental health diagnoses.
