I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD, using a combination of CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused/Strength-Based, and trauma-sensitive approaches.

I am trained in Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Parenting Program. I have worked with children, adolescents, teens, and adults who have experienced trauma, ADHD, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, anger issues, and mood disorders.

I have completed additional training as a Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist - Prenatal. I am open to working with children ages 5+, as well as postpartum families, Christian counseling, and premarital counseling.
