As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my approach is collaborative, Christ-centered, and evidence-based, helping you feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.

I have experience helping individuals and families process traumatic events to assist them in reducing the negative effects the symptoms of trauma can have on survivors and the people that they love.

Most of my clients are between the ages of 20-75. My focus is working with clients to individualize their needs and find solutions as well as a sense of well-being.

My work has included therapy with adults, youths, and the geriatric population. I strive to learn about the client's concerns and goals while providing an atmosphere of support.
