I have spent the last several years providing direct care to clients experiencing stress, anxiety, and depression, primarily due to caregiver roles, personal/work responsibilities, chronic illness, and concerns related to aging.

I'm Heather, passionate about providing individual therapy with a deep commitment to integrated health. My approach to therapy is holistic, focusing on the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit to foster overall well-being.

Throughout my career, I noticed concerns from men about their sexual health and the complexities of being a man in today's society. This became a specialization for me. In addition to sexual health, I work in partnership with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, impulse control, or substance abuse.

I'm Katia, and my primary focus is working with individuals who experience anxiety, stress, depression, and general life adjustment issues. I believe it's important to learn how to practice self-awareness so when difficult situations occur, we have a better sense of how to handle things, and hopefully, increased feelings of being in control.

I center my work around the client, with the client, because no one knows themselves better. Over the years, I have had the privilege to work with a wide variety of disorders and demographics.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC-S). I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed approach using EMDR, mindfulness, and creative techniques to help clients heal from trauma, anxiety, substance use, and life transitions.

I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW, #I.0005982) with experience supporting adults and teens in child welfare, senior care, and educational advocacy. I’m married with three adult children, one with a cognitive disability. Outside work, I enjoy family, friends, travel, reading, cards, and my two dogs.
