My name is Dr. Hetzel. I am honored to meet you! I work gently and supportively to communicate with autistic individuals, LGBTQIA people, elder adults, those who have experienced T/trauma, and who may be diagnosed with Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, as well as individuals who experience anxiety.

I walk alongside individuals on their life journey, providing tools to decrease pain and suffering. I help people heal from trauma, manage anxiety and depression, and regain a sense of power and control over their lives.

Many of us develop adaptations and coping mechanisms to navigate a world that can be overwhelming, confusing, or even scary. These adaptations may serve us temporarily, but they can hinder us as we move through life. My goal is to help you understand and build compassion toward yourself while making intentional choices as you grow.

I help children and adults navigate mood challenges, trauma, attention barriers, and life transitions. Drawing on multiple therapeutic approaches, I tailor treatment to what brings you relief. There are many paths to healing, and we'll find yours together.
