I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a supervisory designation based in Columbus, OH, and I work with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD, using a combination of CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused/Strength-Based, and trauma-sensitive approaches.

I take an individualized approach to clients, listening to and understanding your situation not only as an individual, but through understanding your environment.
