I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker. I approach therapy from an attachment theory and a cognitive-behavioral approach. I have worked in social services with individuals and families since 1995. I have served through outpatient counseling since 2010. I specialize in counseling individuals, couples, and families.

I serve people ages 8-108 years old through individual, family, and couples/marriage therapy. I treat anxiety, depression, thought problems, grief, trauma, high-stress work environments, and more! I offer telehealth and in-person sessions. In-person sessions have the option of having animal-assisted therapy.

Licensed since 2008. I work with young adults and middle to older aged individuals who may be experiencing a life transition or crisis, as well as creative people in the arts. Though adults are my primary focus, I do also work with children ages 7+ and teens.

I’m an Ohio Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor (LISW-S) with advanced training in sex therapy. I provide trauma-informed, sex-positive care using CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches, with a focus on trauma/PTSD, anxiety, mood concerns, relationships, intimacy, and sexual wellness.
