f you find yourself overthinking, second-guessing, or feeling like you should have it all together- but don't feel that way inside- you're not along. Many of my clients feel this way, especially during times of stress, transition, or when they're putting pressure on themselves to "figure it all out".

I came to this work through a deep personal journey of understanding what it means to be truly healed on emotional, psychological, and physical levels. I believe that separation from self is the root cause of suffering in body and mind. By identifying these specific fragments, there is an opportunity for true, lasting, restorative healing.

I have additional certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I primarily work with mood disorders, personality disorders, LGBTQ populations, and life adjustments and transitions.
