My goal is to help you understand and build compassion toward yourself while making intentional choices as you grow.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, trauma, and life transitions. I use a person-centered, collaborative approach, creating a safe space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.

I work with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and life transitions. I've spent years providing crisis care to children, teens, and families, and working with adults facing complex mental health challenges. When I'm not in session, I'm spending time with my family and planning my next adventure.

As a therapist, I have a holistic approach to helping my clients heal. I see individual adults, children aged 13 to 18 years old, and couples.

I serve people ages 8-108 years old through individual, family, and couples/marriage therapy. I treat anxiety, depression, thought problems, grief, trauma, high-stress work environments, and more! I offer telehealth and in-person sessions. In-person sessions have the option of having animal-assisted therapy.

I am an Air Force Veteran and a Psychotherapist (LPCC-S, NCC). I am licensed in four states: Oregon, Maine, Ohio, and Kentucky. I have been working with individuals and couples since 2004. My Specialties include: LGBTQIA, sexual concerns, relationship issues, anxiety, and grief.
