I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW, #I.0005982) with experience supporting adults and teens in child welfare, senior care, and educational advocacy. I’m married with three adult children, one with a cognitive disability. Outside work, I enjoy family, friends, travel, reading, cards, and my two dogs.

My counseling approach incorporates person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and CBT-related techniques. Some of my areas of focus include anxiety, life transitions, parenting, life stressors, ADD/ADHD, relationship distress, and much more.
