I help kids, teens, and young adults manage emotions, build confidence, and tackle life's challenges with tools that work. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker who brings a wealth of experience and compassion to the individuals, couples, and groups that I serve. My career continues to open new vistas with study, new experiences, and consultation with colleagues.

I serve people ages 8-108 years old through individual, family, and couples/marriage therapy. I treat anxiety, depression, thought problems, grief, trauma, high-stress work environments, and more! I offer telehealth and in-person sessions. In-person sessions have the option of having animal-assisted therapy.
