I am a therapist with over 15 years of experience in community mental health centers, schools, crisis centers, and outpatient therapy offices, with teens and adults. I have completed additional training as a Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist - Prenatal. I am open to working with children ages 5+, as well as postpartum families, Christian counseling, and premarital counseling.

As an integrative, trauma-informed therapist, I help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, professional burnout, and compassion fatigue. I blend evidence-based interventions with intuitive, compassionate support, creating a foundation built on respect and genuine openness to each person's unique experiences.

Throughout my career, I noticed concerns from men about their sexual health and the complexities of being a man in today's society. This became a specialization for me. In addition to sexual health, I work in partnership with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, impulse control, or substance abuse.
