I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Her specialty is Intimate Partner Violence, Addictions, and working with children and adolescents. I have worked in crisis since 2017 with adolescents, elders, middle-aged, and young adults.

As a mental health counselor, I firmly believe in the power of a holistic perspective and intuitive approach. To me, it is not simply about addressing the symptoms or issues at hand; it is about looking at the whole person and understanding the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit.
