I don’t even recognize myself anymore?” You might have these and various other feelings about yourself and your relationship. All of these thoughts and feelings are common.

I am an LPC, licensed in the states of Georgia and South Carolina. I have been working in the field of counseling for 15 years. I use many forms of therapy but, I am a strong believer in two evidenced-based theories i.e. Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Theory (CPT).

I have worked with children & teenagers, couples & families, and people with minor disabilities such as autism.
