I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor with over 17 years of experience helping adolescents and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and typical life stressors and transitions. My speciality areas include adult survivors of childhood abuse/neglect and domestic violence.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Trauma-Focused CBT practitioner, and Youth Crisis Intervention specialist. Through my practice, Oh Ra! Holistic Healing, LLC, I provide therapy, training, and workshops that integrate evidence-based care with a holistic lens.

I am an LMFT licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida. I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. My journey began in 2006 as an intern at the Marriage and Family Institute in Abilene, Texas. After 13 years of gaining experience at local agencies, I now love working in private practice!

I work with individuals who may be struggling to find hope after trauma, navigating unexpected life transitions, or managing the trials of medical challenges. I also have a special connection with nurses, medical personnel, and first responders. Initially, my focus is on listening and creating a safe space, to develop a strong therapeutic rapport

Alicia Thomas, MS, LPC specializes in working with teens (17+) and adults. Her goal is to partner with her clients as they travel on their journey to healing from trauma, grief, relationship issues, and depression. In working with Alicia, you can expect a personalized experience based on your background, needs, and goals.
