I help individuals navigate life's challenges with a deep commitment to transformative growth. My passion for mental health stems from my own experiences overcoming depression and anxiety through therapy and healing practices. I bring warmth and understanding to every session.

I worked for many years in hospital inpatient psychiatric units and provided outpatient therapy. My specialties are anxiety, depression, substance abuse, sex addiction, child welfare/custody, cultural stress, domestic violence, transitions, and aging. I help my clients process their issues in a supportive, safe environment.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I help individuals and couples heal from attachment injuries and break free from toxic relationship patterns that keep them feeling stuck and disconnected. I specialize in working with anxiety and depression through a compassionate and insight-oriented approach.
