I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults who understand what is wrong but still feel stuck repeating the same patterns. I help clients look beneath symptoms to understand what drives them, while developing practical ways to manage anxiety, trauma, depression, OCD, relationship difficulties, and major life changes.

I work with individuals and couples navigating stress, burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space while also providing honest feedback and practical tools for change. A native of Charleston, South Carolina. I have provided counseling for the past 35 years (27 years of that in private practice). I graduated from St. Andrews Parish High School and the College of Charleston before receiving my master's degree in clinical counseling from The Citadel.
