I currently work as a licensed practitioner of the healing arts at a mental health clinic and have worked there for the last 4 years. I have six years of clinical experience and have worked in IOP and PHP settings.

I work with adults helping them develop coping strategies for stress, life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and addictions. I use holistic, evidence-based approaches and am committed to creating a collaborative partnership where you know you are heard and valued.

My journey began in 2006 as an intern at the Marriage and Family Institute in Abilene, Texas. After 13 years of gaining experience at local agencies, I now love working in private practice!
