I work with adults, adolescents, families, and couples facing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, family conflict, parenting challenges, grief and loss, gender identity, sexual trauma, and ADHD.

I support individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and the journey of life. My approach is warm, empowering, and client-centered. I'm committed to creating a safe, affirming space, especially for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. My goal is for you to heal, grow, and reconnect with your most authentic self.

My pronoun is (she/her), and I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC in 2012. I earned a master’s degree in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 2019. I am licensed to practice in the stated of NC, SC and VA.
