Have you ever felt like life was moving so fast, and when you finally stopped to look at where you are, you wondered, “How did I get here?”, or “Who have I become? I don’t even recognize myself anymore?” You might have these and various other feelings about yourself and your relationship. All of these thoughts and feelings are common.

I currently provide therapy in South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, and Vermont. My passion is helping others heal using evidence-based holistic and complementary modalities, as well as evidence-based clinical modalities that fit your cultural and spiritual beliefs.

I help individuals, couples, and teens strengthen connections, build confidence, and navigate life's transitions with compassion and evidence-based care.

My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, build confidence, and create a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. I will help clients explore anxiety, self-doubt, and life changes in a supportive, compassionate space.

I believe everyone has the answers they seek inside of them, and it's my job to help you get to the answers. In my spare time, I play golf and guitar, and walk on the beach.

I work with adults and specialize in stress, anxiety, and depression. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness to help my clients overcome difficulties and feel better.

I am a licensed counselor. I hope you found me on purpose, but it's okay if you didn't. I specialize in supporting individuals through complex life transitions and emotional challenges. My Practice centers on helping clients navigate stress, relationship dynamics, family conflicts, and personal growth.

I am an LPC, licensed in the states of Georgia and South Carolina. I have been working in the field of counseling for 15 years. I use many forms of therapy but, I am a strong believer in two evidenced-based theories i.e. Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Theory (CPT).

I’m passionate about helping clients work through life's challenges, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and other difficult emotions, in a way that feels both supportive and empowering. My ultimate goal is to create a space where clients can be their authentic selves while building the tools needed for growth and lasting change.

I am an independent licensed social worker in clinical practice. My previous work experience has been in mental health in the community and the prison system. I have also worked in a hospice providing grief counseling.
