As a breast cancer survivor, I bring both professional experience and personal understanding to the therapy process, offering a supportive and nonjudgmental space to help you process life’s hardest moments.

I believe everyone has the answers they seek inside of them, and it's my job to help you get to the answers. In my spare time, I play golf and guitar, and walk on the beach.

I am a Clinical Social Worker in NJ, SC, and RI with 10 years of clinical experience. My work focuses on supporting women from underrepresented populations with motherhood, relationships, burnout, caregiving, and prioritizing self-care without guilt.

I believe that we all go through things in our lives, but how we deal with those things will make the difference in how we live our lives. My hope is to work collaboratively to improve quality of life.

I have a Bachelor’s of Social Work from the University of South Florida and Master’s of Social Work form Saint Leo University, graduating in August 2021. I have been practicing as a social worker since 2021. I am a LISW-CP and I am a Certified Personality Disorder Treatment provider (C-PD) and I am Certified in Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (C-DBT).
