I also support couples navigating challenges together.

I work with adults and specialize in stress, anxiety, and depression. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness to help my clients overcome difficulties and feel better.

Most of the individuals who seek the help of a therapist have tried everything they know how to do, but it just isn't working for them. It is the task of an effective therapist to listen to your concerns and develop ways to assist you in learning better ways of dealing with problems that have bothered you currently and in the past.
