For the past 23 years, I’ve been helping kids, teens, and families work through life’s ups and downs. I like to call myself “the cool therapist”—and so far, all of my clients would agree. Why? Because I keep therapy real, relatable, and yes—even fun.

Sometimes the hardest part of change is recognizing that the strategies that once helped us cope are no longer serving us. Many of the women I work with feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, over-responsibility, people-pleasing, or unhealthy coping patterns, and are ready to create something different.
