I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor with over 17 years of experience helping adolescents and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and typical life stressors and transitions. My speciality areas include adult survivors of childhood abuse/neglect and domestic violence.

Life can be difficult, especially when done alone. Selecting a therapist is a major step, and I don't take it lightly that you have chosen me.
