I have 31 years experience in the MH field - diagnostics, therapy, director and 15 years as an adjunct professor. I help clients solve challenges and barriers so they may progress in their lives to be the best they can be.

I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background, including people with trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety, and relationship problems.

I have worked with people with various mental health issues for the past 14 years. I have been an LCSW since 2019. Prior to working in an outpatient setting, I worked with the homeless population for 5 years. My hobbies are gardening, hiking, and drinking too much coffee.

I am a National Certified Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, EMDR Therapist, and Clinical Hypnotherapist. As a Dallas Counseling provider, I specialize in Psychotherapy, EMDR Therapy.
