I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years in human services and nearly 20 years providing therapy. I work with adults, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. I have more than 26 years of experience working with children and families. I started out my career as a social worker and worked with elderly and disabled adults, and went on to also work in Child Welfare. In 2008, I completed my master's degree in Counseling Psychology and, since then, have focused on my work as a therapist.

Therapy can be hard. I like to inject as much compassion, humor, and happiness as I can into the therapeutic process as we resolve many of life's challenges. I specialize in trauma, all addictions, PTSD, anxiety, sex therapy, couples and marriage counseling, parent counseling, ADHD, Spirituality, and Careers.
