Certain ADHD medications can't be prescribed via telehealth in West Virginia.
If you are seeking treatment for ADHD, please be aware that stimulant medications such as Adderall, Ritalin, and Vyvanse are Schedule II controlled substances and cannot be prescribed via telehealth under West Virginia law. If your purpose in scheduling a visit is only to obtain a stimulant medication, you will need to seek care from an external, in-person provider. Telehealth appointments scheduled with the intent to obtain restricted medications are non-refundable. Otherwise, you can continue browsing providers or you can also reach out to our team for assistance via call or text at 323-968-6233.
