As an LCSW, I have a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches I have experience in using over the last 27 years. I am dedicated to providing tailored, compassionate care to male and female adults, as well as the geriatric population, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health, emotional and relational needs.

The greatest success in my helping career is meeting people where they are at and helping them find the growth and peace they are looking for. I do therapy because I choose to continue to use my hard earned skill set through years of working with people in the hardest parts of their lives.
