I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 40 years of experience working with individuals, LGBTQA+, single parents, pre-teens, using online therapy, and substance counseling. I’m also a Certified Addictions Counselor II.

I help individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and grief find clarity, peace, and direction. My heart is especially with those starting over—whether from death, divorce, or major transitions. I know what it's like to rebuild, and I walk with my clients through rediscovering who they are and creating a fulfilling life again.

I am licensed in Colorado with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.

The greatest success in my helping career is meeting people where they are at and helping them find the growth and peace they are looking for. I do therapy because I choose to continue to use my hard earned skill set through years of working with people in the hardest parts of their lives.

My primary therapeutic approach is known as Client-Centered or Rogerian, meaning it's not my job to 'fix' you but to help you learn how to figure it out.

I’m a licensed therapist in Colorado with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. I help adults work through anxiety, depression, addiction, OCD, relationship issues, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a calm, supportive space where real change can happen at your pace.

I have a Master's in Clinical Psychology and was trained by a Psychiatrist for 2 years. I use a variety of techniques and tools. Therapy is typically 8-16 weeks. Around 8 weeks, your symptoms should be going from Severe to Moderate, and at 16-18 weeks, moderate to mild. I practice from a faith-based perspective, but all are welcome.
