I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 19 years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating depression, work-related stress, grief, and anxiety. I'm passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges and find ways to improve their emotional well-being.

I have my master's degree in social work from the University of Kentucky and I am independently licensed in Iowa. I have experience in most including anxiety, depression, and substance use. If you don't like a therapist who will make you laugh from time to time while allowing space to grow I'm probably not the best one for you.

I work with people ages 15-99 and specialize in working with people who don't feel they are living their best life. I also work with co-occurring disorders. This involves the presence of both a substance use disorder and a mental health disorder.
