I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor who works with individuals and couples to better understand the patterns keeping them stuck and create meaningful, lasting change. I’m pursuing my PhD in Mental Health Counseling, allowing me to integrate the latest research with compassionate, evidence-base care.

Sometimes you know a relationship, thought pattern, or behavior isn’t healthy for you, but knowing that doesn’t always make it easier to change. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, attachment concerns, and substance use. As a bilingual Black and Hispanic therapist, I provide therapy in both.
