I am an LPC, licensed in the states of Georgia and South Carolina. I have been working in the field of counseling for 15 years. I use many forms of therapy but, I am a strong believer in two evidenced-based theories i.e. Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Theory (CPT).

A native of Charleston, South Carolina. I have provided counseling for the past 35 years (27 years of that in private practice). I graduated from St. Andrews Parish High School and the College of Charleston before receiving my master's degree in clinical counseling from The Citadel.

I currently work as a licensed practitioner of the healing arts at a mental health clinic and have worked there for the last 4 years. I have six years of clinical experience and have worked in IOP and PHP settings.

I'm a licensed clinical social worker and licensed clinical addictions specialist in North Carolina. I am also able to see clients in South Carolina and Delaware. I provide telehealth therapy for adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and the exhaustion that comes from carrying too much.
