I bring unique insights into the medical aspects of mental health from over a decade as a medic and field training officer in emergency services. I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, chronic mental illness, substance concerns, and complex medical needs with compassion and understanding.
My focus
I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, those from underserved communities, people struggling with chronic and severe mental illness, substance addiction and dependence, and those with complex medical needs.
My approach
I use a psychodynamic, attachment-based, and trauma-focused approach, integrating motivational interviewing and, when helpful, CBT and REBT interventions. This free-flowing, non-directive style allows us to uncover and explore insights together as a team.
