Challenging life experiences may lead us to disconnect from who we truly are and to forget how precious life is. My goal as a therapist is to help you reconnect with your true self and find peace and harmony in your life.
My approach
My therapeutic modalities are customized to tune in to each person, based on person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused therapy, and somatic therapy approaches, combined with mindfulness as my foundation. I utilize narrative therapy, the Internal Family System, emotionally focused therapy, and emotional freedom techniques. I am also a Brainspotting practitioner and a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher.
My focus
I focus on your strengths and hopes while respecting you as a whole human being, no matter how you are now. I have experience working with adults, elders, adolescents, children, couples, and families on various anxiety, depression, trauma, mood swings, anger issues, self-harm, relational problems, LGBTQ, grief, and life coaching. I provide individual couple and family therapy and I am willing to see minors (13-17), individuals, and couples.
My communication style
My communication style allows me to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to share whatever you bring.
My journey to mental healthcare
I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling. From September 2016 to March 2021, I completed my clinical hours for licensure at various locations in San Francisco, San Mateo, Stockton, and Modesto, California, including AgeSong University, StarVista San Mateo County Pride Center/Counseling Center, Victor Community Support Services, Central Valley Center for Community Advocacy/Stockton Family Therapy Professional Corporation, and Central Valley Therapeutic Alliance, Inc.
My goals for you
My goal is to help you reconnect with your true self and find peace and harmony in your life.
