My communication style
I communicate with empathy, directness, and authenticity. My style is collaborative - I listen intently to understand your perspective, share insights thoughtfully, and work with you to find effective solutions. Through open and nonjudgmental dialogue, we'll foster an environment of trust and partnership.
My journey to mental healthcare
I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Loma Linda University, which I completed between September 2014 and June 2017 in Loma Linda, CA. This education provided me with a strong foundation in clinical social work and ignited my passion for helping others navigate life's challenges.
My goals for you
My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we will work to identify and build upon your strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and foster personal growth and resilience.
My first session with you
During our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and collaborate to establish goals tailored to your specific needs and aspirations. This initial meeting allows us to build a foundation of trust and understanding, setting the stage for a productive therapeutic relationship.
